SAP put out the press release. I have no doubt that it is all true.

The only explanation I have for the dismal reaction of the stock is that the window for insider selling is open until next Friday. Top management got stock for pennies per share and some probably want to sell to diversify their holdings-even if they believe that the company will command a $100 stock price in the next few years.

I think that current prices represent a buying opportunity which may not recur.
