About a week ago, I sent an e-mail to PTVL office complaining about the fact that they hadn't found a CEO yet. They sent me the following reply: "... To assist us in our CEO search, we have engaged the services of Spenser Stuart, a leading executive search firm. They have been charged with the assignment of helping us locate a seasoned executive with a track record in building and managing a global consumer service company; someone who can maintain our maniacal focus on the customer, and can help us manage the incredible opportunities that lie ahead. One thing that is clear to everyone here is that we are not sitting still while this search is in progress..." The good news is that they're actually doing something about it. The bad news is that there was no mention about finding a new CFO!
