For those buying xcit to get an even # of athm shares heres the conversion ratio:
Under the agreement, @Home Network will issue 1.041902 shares of At Home Corporation Series A common stock for each share of Excite, Inc. stock.
XCIT currently 19.2% below its conversion price! Wow.
