Whats new? First of all I want to make it perfectly clear Ven is managements present number one project.Terry and Chris(Ven geologist)are talking every day on work presently being done.Ground work will continue I believe until end of April to zero in on prime targets.Again I hope you understand that this is necessary in order of minimal wasted money.I like you all I'm frustrated by the time delay in drilling but have not lost focus of our potential.Again Ven is still top priority and I'm trying to get Terry to give us all an update to this effect in the next few days. However it is leaking out that something else is going on at CBI.They have been working on this project for several months and do not want to talk about it in great detail.What I can say is CBI and Intrepid had a working deal in Guatemala on a Silver/gold property that hasn't proven better then Ven so the money will stay in Ven for that gold project(property is not completly given up on but the money raised is for Ven).A few months back I stated that Terry was very encouraged and excited about Guatemala with no details.They have now secured and have permits for a completely new property that was worked on many years ago by a couple majors.The reasons that the majors left will be obvious and completely understandable when CBI can talk.Getting the property was luck and being in the right place at the right time.I can say it will be a substantial asset to CBI and can not say what the metal is.They are waiting for the mining dept to confirm additional land staked and this is why all the secrecy.When you find a nugget you dont run to the nearest bar and tell everyone or the rush is on(I'm only using this as an example as again the contents of this property is still hush hush).CBI management has been very quiet for the staking reason and the fact they want all details to present to shareholders so they dont feel like Matchbox did.All I can tell you is that the assets have already been proven and very minimal work/money is needed to confirm.I have spent the last two weeks reading articles relating to CBI's prospects and am convinced all will/should be excited.I wasnt to talk about this opportunity yet but have read a couple post and e-mails that completely hint towards knowledge of this development.Their is absolutely no tie with the delays of Ven to developements in Guatemala and managemnet is committed to our gold property.I heard rumours that Intrepid has commented on the developments in Guat so some can take the initiative to call as I found nothing on their web page.Once this info is common knowledge then we all can talk in a much more open way.Please you will have to respect my position and take what I have said as my opinions and not to ask the obvious questions as CBI wants all land confirmed before talking.Again I truly believe it is a very good asset that will even help our Ven project if all goes to plan.
