i must have missed mention of this, but there was an amendment to the tender offer filed on April 7th. Does anyone know what this is about? I found it when I did a news search at CBS Marketwatch for GNET. It is obviously old news by now, but I'm not savy enough to download the amendment in order to read it! gotta go, kids fighting over marshmallows!
