Chief, SBX has 22 mil shares o.s. and 90% of the stock is going to the CD Plus.com shareholders so that only leaves @ 4 mil left of the SBX stock for this deal to complete.

With @ 4 mil shares that will not be tied up how can we be trading 15 mil shares and not increasing in value?? Some group must be VERY SHORT IMO or this deal was destined to failure from the beginning.

With annualized sales for CD Plus.com of 55 mil and a market cap for SBX of 10 million at .50 per share is this not VERY UNDERVALUED??

OPINION PLEASE...ChainSaw
