You're joking right? I have had nothing but problems with WebBroker in terms of exceedingly slow response times and even slower execution times. Because of day trading, some of my orders have been locked for 15 minutes while someone goes over my trades for the day trying to figure out if I can go ahead with it or not. When I go through the phone there are no issues whatsoever. From the moment I dial to the moment that the order is on the TSE is usually under 2 minutes. That includes the conversation. (This is assuming Pres Acct). It costs a bit more, but it's worth every penny on something like BII.
