Thanks, I was actually able to read the amendment. Unfortunately, it did me no good. Someone said on this thread that the tender offer was over and I'm trying to find some evidence of that. Was that information in the amendment and I was missing it? Also checked out your "proofsheet", is it always the same or is that a Friday night happy hour symbol?
