The truth is that Intel has huge amounts of overhead that need to be factored into an honest calculation of their product costs. Design, marketing, support, employee stock options, buildings, computers, etc. are not cheap.

I don't see where INTC differs from any other S&P500 company with regard to these type expenses. And if you assertion is correct, couldn't some smart cookie "factor in" these costs? I do suppose that one could skew this type of analysis in a biased fashion. So what specifically would you have a regulating agency do to prove your assertion? Just curious.
