So now we're on to Celerons and K6-III availability. Well, I think at least a viable argument can be made that Celerons are price-performance competitive with AMD chips. And I think it's reasonable for you to argue that the K-III isn't available in quantity. These criticism are, to some extent, justified.

So I'll take this tactical change on your part as a retraction of your original UNjustified claim that PII/PIIIs with 512k are "superior" to the K6-III.

Just keep in mind, Intel isn't going to go to $200 on the back of the Celeron.
