Paul, I haven't received my info circular yet....please provide info on diamondex stock options....is the price set? how could it be when diamondex hasn't had the market determine the price of the common yet? If the price is set, my initial opinion is that we are seeing yet another dilution of shareholders by management and insiders, this time on assets other than Snap Lake, like Hilltop etc.....no doubt management is also asking for carte blanche approval for the maximum allowable number of options again for Winspear as well.....any comments from anyone else who has received and read the info circular appreciated.... regards, teevee
