Real nice of CNBC to run that Fast-Trades story. I wrote to the SEC a month ago, and also to Herb Greenberg at the Street. Neither responded. Ain't it always the way. The people charged with protecting the public sit on their duffs until millions are lost. Then they charge in like white knights. What Fast-trades was doing should have been shut down immediately. Like the lawyer said, a disclaimer that you are going to rob a bank, doesn't mean it's ok to go do that. The only good thing about this is Email doesn't waste a 33 cent stamp.
