I'm not sure how the prices compare to previous auctions. Based upon what I've observed of this auction so far, it appears that LWIN is following their business plan of providing cheap WLL service to underserved areas. It also appears that they have a budget and price in mind for the spectrum upon which they are bidding. I'm pretty impressed with their discipline. It looks like they are concentration on being the telephone service for several western states.
