Some more info:

I talked to Morris again.

Jeff: You say that this property hosts between 2,000,000 - 4,000,000
oz of gold?

Morris: We've seen the geological reports and are confident in this
number

Jeff: It is a producing property?

Morris: It is being mined on a small scale right now. It will cost about
$ 5,000,000.00 to set up a mine

Jeff: You have no producing mines right now. Why are you prepared
to go to the trouble of setting up a mine?

Morris: We brought a company with us and will use their expertise to
set up the mine. Originally, we wanted a backup to our Nevada
properties, in case things didn't work out there. As it turned up, this
will be our forefront property.

Jeff: Some BACKUP!! How did you find out about this property?

Morris: We received some good information.

Jeff: Are there estimates for cost/oz?

Morris: Since it will be open-pit, it will have low costs. These days,
you're pretty safe at under $200.00/oz.

Jeff: You said that you expect the property to be producing with one
year?

Morris: It could be producing in 6-8 months.

Jeff: How far into negotiations are you?

Morris: We could have an announcement within 3 weeks.

That's my 2 cents worth!!!!

I would only ask that we don't bomb the poor guy with telephone calls. Thanks.
