Hi, Paul...though I had read much of the info on the AES website I had missed the part about doing away with hourly wages as more and more employees opt for taking salaries, stock options, etc. I AM ABSOLUTELY FLABERGASTED. These people sound like they are nuts or visionaries the like of which we seldom see in the business world anymore. Insiders hold about 35% I believe and I have added with great hope this company to my portfolio of others with vision, purpose and a plan, QCOM, WCOM, LOR, and Leapwireless(LWIN). cheers and thanks, Jim Black
