Mark, Why doesn't Michael just tender an offer on Monday after CPQ shares tank, close the non-essential CPQ mfg. operations, grab an Altavista Search Engine and a well-established service organization (DEC), show Pfeiffer and Mason the door, and get on about the business of ruling the PC world?
