Wellington Management (Vanguard Health Care Fund amongst others) have just filed disclosing an increase in their PCYC stake to 1.7m shares, or 13.75%. This was about 500,000 shares more than at their last filing. Hasn't done anything for the stock price, though. The sellers must have held less than 5%, because there's been no filing from them.
