Goodbye Spain(?)...hello Italy. On Feb 16 KS announced that it had chosen Spain as its primary target site for an ambitious kenaf program, with plans for up growing up to 50,000 acres of kenaf plant. Today the company announces a kenaf venture in Italy with plans for "over 2,000 acres of Kenaf over the next 2 years." No mention of the Spanish plans. Hmmmm. Personally, I'd prefer to hear that Kafus newsprint in Texas was moving forward. biz.yahoo.com
