Joe,

Intel has a plan, and executes it. AMD doesn't.

For the past year, Intel's plan has been to bump up clock speeds by a few MHz, SSE, and throw an L2 cache onto Celeron.

In the meantime, AMD has doubled their clock speeds and introduced an impressive list of new products.

Your assessment appears to be lacking.
