Hi all, I am a "long" on IDTC. I have a few dumb questions: 1. If IDTC does not spin off Net2phone, wouldn't the IDTC stock goes skyrocket, instead of the IPO? Why do they need to spin off? Spin off seems to dilute the value of IDTC's stock itself... 2. Do IDTC's stockholders have a voice (or a vote) on the spinoff issue? At the very least, do the current IDTC stockholders entitled the right to purchase some IPO's shares first hand? 3. What will be the impact of the spin off has on IDTC's stock price? Could anyone care to enlight? Sincerely, Lea the dumb...
