Hi Lea,

IDTC would probably spin-off about 15-20% of Net2phone. They would most likely retain ownership of the rest. Spinning-off Net2phone would unlock the value, since internet companies are valued at much higher multiples than traditional telecom companies. It's a "win win" situation for shareholders and IDTC since they would retain majority ownership.

Someone please correct me if that doesn't look right.
