As I have posted before, the market is nearing an intermediate top. Earnings season may carry it to 10500, but the gain is essentially over in most of the current leaders. The lack of posting activity in this group is a good sign that most bears have given up. The rising tide of junk Internut IPO's will soon end that mania via excess supply. I doubt the CPQ announcement by itself will do it, but we are very close to a scary decline. I still expect to get well with my Amazon short position. I remain bullish on the oil sector.
