Yes,

With the future of CD music in the state of flux that it's currently in I think that it was a genius move on the part of Valley's owners to dump the company on the public as they have.

Inventory of CD's and any recorded music is going to be a lead weight around the neck of anyone going into the music business over the next 2 years or so. CD's are certainly not dead but downloadable music in whatever form it will finally take will leave an awful lot of collectors items on the shelf. IMHO

VMIX, maybe for the very very short term. And then yuck.
