Here is my theory on the figures that Biofarm stated.
The 8% or 1,800,000 shares that Biofarm owns ... were issued from the 50,000,000 authorized shares so the total shares outstanding were 22,830,912 they bought shares on the open market to make the total shares owned 29% Total shares owned =6,620,964 - 1,800,000 =4,820,964 bought on the open market (I think that is the approx 5 million that they agreed to buy, don't know if you remember that press release) if you add the 14,840,092 promised shares + the existing 22,830,912 shares = 37,671,004 55% of that figure is 20,719,052 which is very close to the figure that BIOF posted and I am only guessing about the 29% as it was obviously a typo. Which would bring the total float down to about 7,000,000 shares. Just a guess.
