Careful on ESPI.... These news stories mean close to nothing. If you disagree, please explain why, using the CONTENT and SUBSTANCE of the news to justify why you think the stock may "gap/run" on Monday, as you seem convinced it will. Personally, I would be VERY careful with this stock.
