Well, Hallelujah! My humble apologies for whining the past 6 months. All I can say is "it is about fucking time" Geeshh... I hate waiting at traffic lights also. From a 1/2 hour speed read through the filing it appears the company is very legit. Now if they just let slogs digest the Form 10 over the weekend and not announce anything to the press until Monday you slogs can get a big gap up Monday. If there is a short the Form 10 will bust them. I will have to pay for not believing. Congratulations everyone. p.s. Monski your really are a turd.
