Jma, I think you are the only one who has ever had a problem with ETrade. ;o) Actually the service is 1000% better than any off line broker I have ever seen in 30 years of trading. Everyone seems to be satisfied with their service for the most part. The crush of new customers signing up is slowing down the response and accuracy of the information they pass on. The good news is new customers continue to sign up at an astounding rate, the bad news is they can't build their system fast enough to meet the demand. ETrade recently discontinued the classic E*Trade site so they can focus on the new site exclusively. Keep trying. CD
