The date I was referring to was from one of his posts:

In that post DAGAN was suggesting that BII filed another amendment to the SEC application and that the date of the filing was today, April 9th, (highlighted above). He was implying that because of this additional amendment the Listing in NASDAQ would be delayed even more.

As it turned out, he copied his statement from a stockhouse bulletin board (see link below). He then formatted the post to make the date 4/9/99 appear right next to amendment file number.

I can tolerate a difference of opinion and I am open minded. I do not blindly follow. If your argument has merit I will reconsider my position and adjust accordingly. Unfortunately, what we are facing here is not someone's opinion but rather a fraudulent attempt to distort the facts in an effort to deceive. This I cannot tolerate.
