ALL NEWS MUST BE RELEASED VIA A WIRE SERVICE BEFORE IT CAN GO TO THE INTERNET!!! that is the law....any dissemination via the net prior to the wire services is a violation and criminal..

Eg..

Dow Jones wire
Reuters wire
Business wire
PR news wire
CR wire
CNS wire
Bloomberg WIRE
PBI WIRE
Reuters Wire
WSA wire
CRL Wire

It must be on a wire first and additionally the NASD must see all material releases first prior to its release publicly..The NASD will determine if a halt is in order or if there are any concerns with the news..or obvious problems..it may even withold the release to verify..the news..

Many companies dont follow this protocal and intentionally ditsibute news first than get halted when concerns are made public or questioned..

My advice any release that hits the NET first is a lie, any insiders, promoters , brokers, and or " close and longtime shareholders" should never be believed...EVER!!!

Those who start a thread in obscure companies with lengthy and rosy statemnets need to also be viewed as suspect and as unreliable sources of info..and lastly the Companies IR dept..is the last place you ewver want to ask questions..
