Re AG Edwards downgrade:

This firm, otherwise reputable, is unclear as how to view NT(IMO). They only initiated coverage in 12/98, with an Accumulate. In early Jan'99, they downgraded to Maintain. Three weeks later, they upgraded to Accumulate again. And now, 9 weeks later, they are back to Maintain.

I recommend you do not make any buy or sell decisions for NT based solely on the advice of AG Edwards. There are other firms/analysts who have more experience in this sector and longer-term relationships with NT Management than AG. While NT has quite obviously surpassed most firms near-term price targets, they could also now raise the targets vs downgrade the stock. Less than two weeks until earnings/conf call. Expect to see more analysts' reviews of NT after that.
