Nah, you were right the first time. BofA sold Robbie to BB when they merged with Nationsbank and Monty.

Regarding earnings, SEG can hit any # they want. They're gonna take another "special charge," remember? A component in this charge is revaluing inventory. So, big deal. The real number to watch is the top line, and I betcha it's gonna be flat.
