Yes, I did represent AZNT for a short period of time. Unfortunately, I am in litigation
regarding that matter. I issued press releases at the instruction of management and
received checks that bounced and also incurred unreimbursed expenses from Business
Wire.
I was not introduced to ICHG through AZNT, rather, through a Company with whom they do
business. Unfortunately, we all "live and learn" through difficult and expensive experiences.
Although we have only worked together for a short period of time, ICHG has been
consummating transactions, creating strategic alliances and has a hard-working CEO, who
is not only taking advantage of the prospects that lie ahead in the industry, but is
attempting to guide the Company's strategic direction and again, working every day to
enhance its value.
I have never posted on Silicon Investor and do not plan to again. However, I would not want
anyone to associate ICHG with AZNT. That is completely unfair to this Company that is in a
completely different industry, with different management and unique goals and objectives.
It is our charter to work with emerging growth small-cap companies only. We are a small
firm and hope that our reputation would not be ruined by a mistake (AZNT).
Please, act on only what is advised by the Company. These boards contain a few
well-versed, studied individuals. They can also easily mislead. Thank you.
