How many acres of land [other wise used by wild life- loss of habitat is the largest cause of extinction ]are put into production for each person. Even the bus uses resources and have you ever driven behind a bus? Even the most careful enviro-mentalist cannot make up for another person's entire resource use or pollution.Zero population growth is not the whole story but it must be the center piece of any realistic environmental program.
