**Bidding Adieu**

Hi Bill!

I would like to make one last suggestion before you bid the thread adieu.

I understand that the mood here at the thread has not been particularly constructive, and I can understand why you would not want to spend time here.

I also see that Rose's questions have been worded in a highly antagonist way, so I can see why you would not want to discuss those issues with her.

However, please try to understand that everyone here on the Dutch thread, many here at SI who follow the gold market and many, many lurkers have all seen Rose's accusations and questions.

The accusations are indeed serious, and anyone who reads them will definitely remember them. They have been burned into the minds of the readers......

On the other hand, we have not yet seen a defense on the part of GATA.

So anyone who follows this has had doubts, accusations and questions burned into his/her mind, without a corresponding response from GATA.

This will surely NOT help the cause.

I humbly suggest that it would be to the benefit of GATA for you to provide a final defense here at this thread prior to leaving. I think it would be best to "clean things up" before moving on.

Either way, we will miss you here at SI.

I look forward to seeing you elsewhere in Cyberspace!

Best regards,

THC
