Apparently, there is no restrictions on moving funds in my 401K.
If you transfer during the day, you get the price at the end of
day. Of course, the funds that one may transfer into and out of
are a limited number. (and of course all literature indicates that
one should "buy and hold" for the best results. About 95% of the
401K participants seem to do that)

The stochRSI seems to be a good indicator from my testing so far.
The only technical problem I am trying to solve now is the relationship between the noon price of the dow/S&P/Nasdaq and the
closing price of the fund.
