Antoine I hadn't looked at the thread at all around that post. After having looked at it I decided that it was going to consume to much time to be able to understand the application of the theory he was presenting (for me any way).. I did find it interesting that he would take a physics approach to the market. I would venture to guess that alternate methods of TA would be much more successful these days than the more traditional methods. When everyone has the same tool, it negates the value of the tool. In addition, I believe that traditional chart formations are being used to pick traders pockets. Vitas asks how do they fish the stops .. I think that "they" set up the charts in such a manor as to cause the most stops to be set at pre determined locations in preparation for fishing the stops. The trigger ?? I would guess ground troops in Yugoslavia. Someone on this thread mentioned that everyone except the US media and public had noticed US ground troop movements. .. I think that it goes something like this: There is a press corps. If your company wishes to be able to have front row seats and be there for the Q&A then you can afford to keep quiet for a few more days ... One nasty problem .. a war would probably help the Russian economy a lot. I'd asked Vitas where he had been hanging out at because those are the kinds of snippettes that I'd really like to be able to play with.. Anyway .. it's 5:50AM here ..
