PWCC - Friday's close stopped just at the downtrend line resistance on the daily charts. Also 15 5/8 to 16 is approx. a 50% retracement from the ~24 high to ~9 1/2 low of the last leg down.

I'm long with an average price of 16.

Coming week will tell all about whether we're beginning a new run, or if we still need to back fill.
