The markets (Dow, SP500, NASDAQ) are at or near new highs. But
I am not comfortable with the volatility and the Balkan war.
In volatility, we see 100 plus points days, rapid rotation among
sectors, and unrealistic valuation of many internut stocks. About
the war, it's easy to enter a war but more difficult to end a war.
I am not sure if President Clinton has a good plan to end the war.

Switching is difficult during rapid sector rotations. If we make
one bad switch, we'll need two or more good switches to recover.
Buy and hold may be just as productive as switching.

This is a sample buy and hold portfolio:

40% a growth fund, for example Aggressive Growth, Dividend
Growth, or Large-Cap Stock

20% a tech fund, such as FSDCX, FSELX, or FSPTX

20% a non-tech fund, FBMPX, FDLSX, or FSRPX

20% a defensive fund, FSPHX, FSUTX, or FBIOX
