I am not aware of any agreements Nextlink may have with LVLT outside the USA.

BTW, I just received the April 19th issue of Forbes. Gary Winnick of Global Crossing is on the cover. It's titled; Betting on Bandwidth, Getting Rich at the Speed of Light. Should be an interesting read.
