Del: If Colin owns 61% of shares at the time of filing that is around 11mill shares. Nuts plus the Slog board own another 11mill. You then have the Cooke group of 3mill,Belgium group 1 mill, Kennedy 400k, Card, Panzar and all other lurkers who have never reported. Total shares sold somewhere between 26-30mill. Therefore, the short is 8-12 mill on a float of 7mill. The second part of your doubts will be playing out in the near future. tom
