Depsite being a subscriber from their start, I have gotten no response from them about the IPO, ever. Which leads me to believe they excluded me from consideration. Since I can get their service free from etrade, I'm calling to cancel my account with them. I wouldn't have minded not getting shares, but not even being considered, despite several calls and emails to them, is not acceptable.
