OJ: I'm also getting positive McClellan Summation Index readings: decisionpoint.com But I'm continuing to get negative New Lows readings: decisionpoint.com This translates into a market that is moving up on fewer and fewer stocks with large capitalizations... It's a stock picker's and Index buyer's market... I've got the bulk of my money in International and Emerging Market funds... They are exhibiting excellent Relative Strength when compared to the U.S. markets... The British Central Bank and European Central Bank rate cuts this past week provide an equities friendly environment... If I've shifted money to the internationals I've got to believe that others are also doing this... This shift along with warnings by Compaq computer may set the stage for more money to find a safer haven... Jim
