Let's not get carried away with the prospectus issue. These documents are not marketing documents. A prospectus is drafted by attorneys with the thought of protecting the company and officers from any possible liability. So, in keeping with the requirement of "Full Disclosure", attorneys throw in any possible "risk factor."

All these prospectuses from IBM on down read the same.
