Of course there wasn't. Icky, like Mike Sylver, appears to be obsessed by the idea of cancer. Remember when he insisted that Andy Mann had called him, begging for help because he was dying of the Big C? That was back in October or November, and Andy's still alive... Is "Icabod" Mikey? Well... Here's an interesting exchange about Mikey. Landish and Cooper on 29 January: 23 MR.
