ASSOCIATE files with correct PROGRAMS

I don't have Win95, but here's how to do it in Win98.

1) Open WINDOWS EXPLORER
2) Click VIEW (It's between EDIT and GO)
3) Click FOLDER OPTIONS... (The last item on menu)
4) Click FILE TYPES tab
5) Click items in 'Registered type' box until you find the right one
6) Click 'New Type', 'Remove', or 'Edit' which goes to folder options
7) Make your changes or additions in this box
8) Close the 'File Edit Types' window with 'OK'
9) Click 'Apply' button in 'File Types' window (Requires courage!)
A) Click 'OK' in 'File Types' window
B) Click 'OK' in 'Folder Options' window
C) Exit WINDOWS EXPLORER
D) Test your system to determine that you've done things correctly

Hope this helps, Fred

P.S. As your other question, how to bring up SAVED files, please post how they were SAVED in the first place, so we can help.
