Howie: What was the last date for shareholders to submit proxie votes? Although most people have already voted, there are always people who wait until the last minute, especially now that people can vote via the web or telephone. If the cut off date was Thursday or yesterday, the timing of the earnings warning was real, real sneaky.

They should make the meeting available for us to at least listen to on the web.
