A buyout in the offering? Given all of the bad news that has hit investors over the near term, the support for this stock has been quite surprising. Alot of bad news has been built into this stock. With management having failed to execute its strategy since the merger, it will not be long before they are either replaced or the company is bought out. HYSL offers best in class products and these assets are not being realized in the marketplace. Another competitor will recognize this and buy the firm...they would be immediately accretive to a larger companies earnings...that's my bet!
