A Stealth bomber like the one lost over Serbia costs $40,000,000.

Let's divide $7,000,000,000 by $40,000,000.

That amounts to 175 Steatlh bombers given to Israel every year!

Paltry means almost worthless. I think paltry is the wrong word.
