DD --- indeed so.

The Yugoslavs (Serbs) are also decent people. And they were allies from WWI, long before Tito. That is the point I was trying to make. They should have been shown more goodwill. While one recognises that Milosevic is a tyrant, the way to depose him is surely not to destroy the country. In fact, the position with Saddam is similar. He is a Moslem, as it happens. But the way to depose him is surely not to kill ordinary Iraqis, as is being done in Desert Fox. Trouble is that BOTH Saddam and Slobedan were, originally, "made" and supported by the US, which has now turned against them. Or is it they against the US?!

Clearly, the attitude of the US administration is ambivalent and fickle. As far as I know, the KLA is being armed and financed by organisations which are known enemies of the US. And again, as it happens, Bin Laden was also financed and armed by the US in the Afgan war with USSR.

So, if you know what cooks with US foreign policy, please tell me. As far as I can see, the US administration is the most mischievous on this planet!
