Ken,

>> 1. Who was the first to call SparcQ the Jaz killer. (It was, and it killed Iomega and it's stock in 1998)? <<

I think it's more accurate to call SparQ a SyQuest killer. It hurt Iomega for a short period of time, but they survived.

>> 2. Who else (besides myself) pointed out the flaws, with backing data, on the ZIP OEM model? <<

The transition to the OEM model was the setback. On an ongoing basis, I contend that the OEM model will work.

>> 3. Who first told us about ORB? Superdisk? <<

And don't forget HiFUD, Caleb, etc. Superdisk is the only one that's even come close to making an impact on Iomega. The others have all pretty much been vapor.

>> 4. Who discussed mini-disk & flash vs. CLIK? <<

Arguing just one side of the story...

>> 5. Who actually read the CLIK! manual? <<

A number of people. I don't recall Rocky being one, but I could be wrong.

>> 6. Who poured over the CLIK! datasheet and compared to Flash? <<

Pointing out only the disadvantages and none of the advantages.

>> 7. LS-120? Click of death? <<

The LS-120 (Superdisk) has a Click of Death problem? I think I heard something about that.

Rocky has laid out only one side of the story, and is often inflammatory. He'll stumble across a fact once in a while, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.
